The Celestion G12 Neo Creamback speaker has its character. when i first bought this amp i was really dissapointed the controls on top i found hard to get the sound i wanted but once i found out about toneroom i realised just how good this amp is i had no idea it was a modeling amp i rushed myself when i bought it due to swapping from bass to guitar i wanted to just jam with a mate on drums at the time.the guy at the music shop has always looked after me over the past 30 yrs so im happy he actually did me right with this.. i still do want a fender red knob twin reverb but i have to say this amp for its price drop is impressive im actually in no rush to get the fender ampi now use this amp in a band i play in we play thrash/punk and some grunge/metal and i find for a small to meduim jam room this amp kicks butt it has alot of power and even got some bottom end which i did not think it would deliver.if you use tone room u will find it easy to use even for us old schoolers.
